We   Welcome Dogs!

  • Only 2 dogs allow per household

  • $20 fee per dog/month

  • Must sign a pet agreement

  • Must abide by park and pet rules

  • Tenants with dogs weighing more than 30 lbs. must provide proof of homeowners’ liability insurance with a limit of at least $100,000 and include the park as Additional Insured. Proof of insurance must be provided within 30 days.

Banned breeds or types of animals not allowed in the park

American Bondogge, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bandog, Basenji, Boer Boel, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Canis Pugnax, Caucasian Ovcharka (Caucasian Shepherd), Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinshers, Dogo Argentino, German Shepard, Great Dane (Danish Hound), Gull Dong (Pakistani Bull Dog), Fila Brasileiro, Inu, Tosa Inu, Akita Inu (Japanese or American Akita), Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf (Wolf-hybrid), etc., or any mixed breed including one of these breeds in its lineage.  In addition, no wild or exotic animals, including but not limited to pythons, boa constrictors, wild cats of any kind, wild dogs of any kinds including wolves or wolf hybrids, monkeys, or apes, or pigs.
